How are TA and DA calculated?

For a kilometre claim, TA = total eligible distance × your company’s rate per km, rounded to two decimal places. Alternatively enter your eligible fare or fixed daily TA. Add the daily allowance and permitted extra claims. Only one travel method is applied to each day.

What do HQ, ex-station and outstation mean?

They identify the kind of workday. Select the category in your company’s policy and enter its allowance. Companies set their own distance, time, overnight and reimbursement rules; this tool does not infer entitlement from your location.

Can I claim meals and hotel as well as DA?

Only if your company allows them separately. The spending comparison does not add expenses to your claim. Enter permitted additions under Extra claims; do not claim the same cost twice.

How does the monthly report work?

Save each day, then choose a month. The report totals saved entries only; unsaved changes are excluded. If spending is missing for some days, the report labels the coverage and compares only the days with complete spending entries.

Does this send a claim to my company?

No. Share or export your summary, then submit it using your company’s process. Receipt references can be noted here; keep the original bills separately. This tool does not upload receipts, approve claims, track GPS or connect to company systems.

Are my records private? Does it work offline?

Saved records use unencrypted local storage on this browser. They do not sync across devices and may be lost if browser data is cleared. Export a backup. Scripts on this website’s origin can access local storage. No analytics are included; hosting logs may exist. After offline setup completes, you can reopen this tool without internet. WhatsApp delivery needs connectivity.
